  After an accidental flood in my house, I called My Way Carpet when recommended by our contractor. Needless to say, it was a terrible time trying to put our house back together. Choosing the carpets for three rooms while in my house eased the stress. I was able to match color in my home surrounded by all the colors in the rooms. The salesman was comforting and went beyond his job specifications when I could not find what I wanted among his samples. He made a phone call and Sam the Carpet man (in the flesh) brought more samples right to my house within minutes! I found what I wanted among his samples. The entire process took less than a couple of hours.
  
  Installation was an enjoyable process, believe it or not. The installers were two very nice men and it was obvious that they were experienced technicians. The worked quickly and were neat. Louis, our link to My Way Carpet who assisted us from the office was also instrumental in smoothing the way for us. He arranged a two-day installation for us when we explained that one day would leave us exhausted.. He is very personable and answered all questions we had during the process. The money we saved with My Way Carpet was a delightful surprise!
  
  I have never dealt with so wonderful a company. There was not one person or a part of this experience, that was not flawless. Kudos to the owner, Sam, special thank you to Brian, our Salesman, Louis in the office and the two installers. I am applying 5 complete deserved stars!

  My Way Carpet provides exceptional service. Brian was the sales rep who came out to our home. He was easy to work with, without putting any pressure on us in the decision making process. Scheduling was fast and easy with various options provided within a timely manner. The carpet installation team did a wonderful job of removing slate flooring, as well as the existing carpet. Additional mortar had to be removed, as well in order to level the floor. The installation time, was neat and efficient and completed the job quickly. I will use My Way Carpet again for our flooring needs and would highly recommend them.
